Shipping Methods & Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Domestic

• Standard: 5–7 business days
• Expedited: 2 business days (+$10)

International

• Estimated delivery: 3–4 weeks

Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and prepared by our facility. They do not include processing time.

Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday, and on Sundays in select cities where Sunday delivery is available.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We only collect the shipping fee for your order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand any additional costs that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information and a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package’s progress.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. We will ship only to the address entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, contact us at serv@agebox-ops.com with your order number, and we’ll help look into it.
