Every batch of agebox product is subjected to rigorous third-party analysis. We verify the absence of prohibited stimulants, hormones, and environmental contaminants to ensure our formula meets the highest safety benchmarks for pediatric nutritional support.
A Note on iKids-Growth
In September 2025, a manufacturing quality issue in our iKids-Growth production process came to light through regulatory notification. We want to provide a clear and factual account of what happened and how we have responded. The issue was isolated to manufacturing — it did not involve the product formulation, the underlying science, or clinical outcomes. Affected batches were limited to product distributed in the U.S. market; sales in other markets were not affected.
What we have done
Upon notification, we immediately halted distribution of affected product and, in coordination with regulatory authorities, initiated a voluntary recall of relevant batches. We have since restructured our supply chain with enhanced quality controls across every stage of production. Our existing third-party testing protocol — including SGS verification across 35 hormone markers and 29 contaminant parameters (microbial, heavy metals, and pesticides) — has been in place since product launch. Following this incident, we have added an additional verification layer: independent testing for growth stimulants, conducted to WADA-level trace detection standards through a specialized laboratory. Every batch is subject to this full protocol before release. Product packaging will also be comprehensively updated as part of this supply chain upgrade.
Where things stand
We are cooperating fully with the regulatory review process. While it is ongoing, we have voluntarily paused U.S. distribution as a reflection of our commitment to responsible practice. We look forward to resuming in full alignment with regulatory expectations.
What is unaffected
The science behind iKids-Growth is intact. Our completed randomized controlled trial (ChiCTR2300071632) confirmed a strong safety profile for iKids-Growth, with no significant adverse events observed. The product formulation is unchanged. We remain committed to transparency throughout this process.
